So so very,
Claustrophobic right now.

This is Luna. She is brand new, I thought of Luna because her eyes are galaxy like….the picture just doesn’t do them justice though. She is way cuter than your cat.
And from here on, this little kitten is gonna be all over your dash. And you’re gonna like it.
My script sucks….but on the bright side, at least I sorta remembered how to draw an anatomically correct heart from memory.
And I am sitting here, opening up the heavenly flexi and trying to plot out ideas. Hurrhurr.
Finished Josephine Baker portrait and just started on Adrien Brody’s today, I really ought to get to uploading some more realistic stuff. I’ve been sorta frustrated with my artwork lately, or at least with the ideas out of my head. Which isn’t exactly a foreign concept given it is art. So like, I guess right now, I’m just going to step back and really work on realistic things, I really like that stuff anyway. And as much as I love drawing gothic mermaids, I think it’s like best if I really take my time and wait until I get a really solid idea. It doesn’t mean that there will be any shortage of art being posted here (:
Cheers!
Realistic bird study. Thought I’d upload the progress before I add the finishing touches, or not. Once again the scanner doesn’t pick up the really faint details.
trv06kviper asked: What type of pen do you use and other medium. Your style reminds me of Peter Chung (Aeon Flux), had some pretty wild stuff.
Thank you (: I pretty much go between only using brush tip and 0.3 Faber Castell pens. I haven’t tried many other pens outside of Faber Castell, I’m pretty bad with finding one thing and then not budging from it. Also don’t know if always using brush tip on everything is wise for everyone, but I get a really comfortable flow and movement from it as opposed to just using thicker nibs. Other than that, everything else is done in pencil and maybe deepened with charcoal pencil, if it isn’t inked.
